Built for mortgage loan officers who run multiple pricing scenarios per loan and don't want to fat-finger a FICO into the wrong column.
The arithmetic is simple: one extra scenario per loan, cleanly priced, more than pays for the year.

Arive doesn't expose the 2nd-lien dollar amount, so LoanBridge back-derives it from the CLTV gap × appraised value. Matches Arive's UI to within $1.
Picks the right Loan Purpose option even when the LO entered a generic lender product name. The streamline signal is read from documentationType.
Detects Expanded Guidelines loans and selects the right Income Verification Type (Bank Stmt 12mo, Asset Qualifier, DSCR, etc.) from Arive's documentationType.
