The arithmetic is simple: one extra scenario per loan, cleanly priced, more than pays for the year.
Type a loan ID, press Enter. The extension fetches the loan from Arive and writes every relevant LoanSifter field in one pass.
Values come straight from Arive — the system of record — so the LTV, occupancy, property type, and FICO that get priced are exactly what's on the loan.
Arive doesn't expose the 2nd-lien dollar amount — LoanBridge back-derives it from the CLTV gap × appraised value. Matches Arive's UI to within $1.
Picks the right Loan Purpose option even when the LO entered a generic lender product name — the streamline signal is read from documentationType.
Detects Expanded Guidelines loans and selects the right Income Verification Type (Bank Stmt 12mo, Asset Qualifier, DSCR, etc.) from Arive's documentationType.
